Send a request in English
Describe your situation and we will read it manually and reply with information about relevant specialist contact. Sending a request is free and does not commit you to any assessment or treatment. You can write in English — this form, and the reply you get, are in English.
What it costs
Sending a request is free and commits you to nothing. If we can coordinate a suitable specialist contact, two separate amounts are disclosed to you in writing before you decide whether to book:
- Our coordination fee (samordningsavgift) — this is the only thing Andrabedomning.se is paid, and it is our only source of revenue. We take no commissions, referral fees or kickbacks from specialists or clinics.
- The specialist's fee — set by the care provider and paid directly to them, not to us.
Nothing is booked and nothing is payable until you have seen both amounts and said yes.
Before you send
We use the information in your request to understand what kind of specialist contact may be relevant — not to make a medical assessment. We do not ask for a personal identity number, a symptom scale, an urgency rating or similar details at first contact. If something needs to be added later, we will ask.
If you have existing investigation results (MRI, X-ray, reports), do not attach them here. Wait until we have replied and explained how that material is handled securely — it goes directly to the care provider that takes on the case.
What happens after you send it
You get a short acknowledgement that we have received your request. Andreas, or one of us, reads it manually — this is not an automated system, and no algorithm sorts or scores what you write.
We reply normally within one working day. Where we need more information, we ask. When we have identified a route forward we come back with information about relevant specialist contact — or, if we cannot help, an explanation of why and where to turn instead.
You can withdraw a request at any time by replying to our email. Andrabedomning.se coordinates the contact. The medical assessment is made by the specialist and care provider you choose.
